GROUP A going down to wire

The fight for the quarterfinals places goes down to the final matches in the tightly contested MultiChoice Diski Challenge Group A.
Six teams are still in the race for a spot in the knockout round going into the last group stage clashes on match-day seven.
Bloemfontein Celtic and Kaizer Chiefs are on 11 points, with Celtic on top due to their superior goal difference. SuperSport United are third on 10 points, they can finish top if they win and the leading pair fail to.
A draw may be enough for the current top three teams. University of Pretoria and Ajax Cape Town, who are place fifth and sixth respectively, can only finish on 11 points. That's when the goal difference will come into place as a deciding factor.
Polokwane City are fourth on the log and need a win to secure their quarterfinals spot, victory will move them to 12 points.
All the matches take place on Saturday with two being contested at the Galeshewe Stadium in Kimberley, which is the venue for the tournament's final festival weekend of the year. The other two clashes will be hosted by the home sides at their home grounds.
In the first encounters at 10am, SuperSport, who need a win to qualify, host Moroka Swallows at Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria. Celtic and Ajax will kicko ff the festivities in Kimberley, where Celtic will finish top of the group if they win. Ajax, on the other hand, need a win to have any chance of reaching the next round.
At noon, Tuks face Chiefs in another must-win clash at the Galeshewe Stadium. Tuks will join Chiefs on 11 points if they win, it will then be left to the other results to determine which of the two teams go through. Victory will help Chiefs finish top if Celtic drop points.
Polokwane, who will be looking for a win to seal their quarterfinal spot, meet Maritzburg United at the Noordelikes Rugby Club. Kick-off is also at noon.
